Return and refund policy
We do not offer returns. However, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

You received the wrong item
In these cases, we will cover the extra shipping fees.
If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind or simply not wanting the item anymore, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
To start an exchange, please contact us at Didatextile2024@gmail.com. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Please do not send any items without first contacting us—unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
